Returns: We understand when purchasing online, you are not able to physically view our products. We aim to help with any necessary extra information. Please research the products carefully before placing an order as Trade Outlet does not give refunds if you simply change your mind. We take no responsiblity for incorrect choice of product.

Where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit. Any claim must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the product/s

Shipping: Trade Outlet aim to ship your goods in the most timely and inexpensive way possible. Our shipping cost is calculated on weight, volume, delivery post code and freight company for every order. 

We use only fully trackable express couriers for your peace of mind. Fastway, TNT & Mainfreight are some of Australia's largest courier networks. Please note that none of these are associated with Trade Outlet and we are not in control of logistics matters or claims once items leave us. If you have any concerns with your delivery, please e-mail us and we will contact the courier on your behalf to solve any problems.

Delivery costs include handling, quality packing to keep your item safe, fuel levies, tracking options and express courier cost.

Items are sent within 1-3 days of your payment transfer being confirmed. All deliveries are made between 9am-5pm weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends. 

Important: If you get a 'sorry we have missed you card' you can get the goods left at the delivery address and by doing so you accept all responsibility for the goods, even if they are damaged.

Please note that once the goods are signed for the buyer takes full responsibility for the condition of the goods. If the goods show signs of transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of signing for the goods. Any claims made outside the 48 hours will be refused. The customer is responsible for ensuring that either they or their authorised representative inspect the goods for damage prior to accepting the delivery, especially ceramic or glass goods. Any insurance claims on goods will be replaced upon the insurance company accepting that the receiver was in no way responsible.

INSURANCE: TNT is included for the first $1000*, then $1.25 per $100 over $1000, you also have the choice of sensitive freight for fragile items. Fastway included up to $1500*. Mainfreight do not offer any insurance. *Conditions apply.
